AI & Illustration Transparency

AI assists the drafting, source review, illustration and technical implementation of the SmartLiving redesign. This disclosure applies to the current research drafts and generated images. It does not mean that AI output is treated as a source of truth or that an article has been reviewed by a licensed professional.

Drafting and source checks

Article drafts are developed around a recorded reader question and source list. Important factual claims are checked against relevant sources, and original examples are labelled. AI can still misunderstand a document, miss an exception or make an arithmetic or editorial error. The methodology page describes checks designed to reduce those errors and the limits of technical validation.

Our six desk bylines identify organizational subject areas. They are not AI-generated people, and the website does not invent portraits, qualifications or work histories for individual experts. Where professional review has not occurred, no such review is claimed.

Generated editorial images

Some images are generated illustrations with a photographic appearance. They show fictional scenes and are not evidence of a named real hospital, property, contractor, product test, customer result or event. Captions and image records identify their illustrative nature. The original generation prompt and source file are retained with the project assets.

Technical derivatives may be resized, cropped and compressed for article pages and social previews. These changes do not transform a generated illustration into documentary photography. Alt text describes the relevant visible scene instead of asserting an unverified real-world identity.

Calculators and diagrams

Calculators use explicit programmed formulas and the assumptions shown beside the inputs. Article diagrams organize steps or explain hypothetical numbers. Neither kind of output is a substitute for a provider’s formal terms, a clinical evaluation or personalized professional advice.

Questions and corrections

If a passage or image creates a misleading impression, send its URL and a short explanation through the contact inbox. Please do not submit sensitive records or account credentials. The corrections page explains how to make a useful report. This unfinished private preview is not presented as a completed or publicly launched publication.
